An Act Amending the 2001-02 Delegate Apportionment

Section 1. The purpose of this act is to amend the delegate apportionment for the Council of Graduate Students for 2001-02, in accordance with in accordance with Article I, Section 2 of the CGS Bylaws.

Section 2. For the purposes of regular delegate selection, the graduate programs in the College of Education will be merged to form one unit of representation with twenty-three (23) delegates.

Section 3. Three (3) delegates shall be apportioned from each program, Physical Activity & Educational Services and Vocational Education; Teaching and Learning, including, Educational Services & Research; and Educational Policy & Leadership, including Educational Studies.

Section 4. The remaining fourteen (14) positions apportioned to the College of Education shall be at-large positions.

Section 5. This act will take effect immediately upon approval at a regular meeting of the Council of Graduate Students.
