An Act Amending the Summer 2004 Meeting Schedule

Section 1. The purpose of this act is to amend the CGS meeting schedule for Summer 2004.
Section 2. This change is made necessary by two factors: the current 25 June meeting conflicts with a NAGPS meeting that the President and Vice President need to attend; and it has been necessary in the past to hold a special meeting in August to elect Senate and RGC Representatives in time for the first meetings of each respective body.
Section 3. The meeting schedule shall be amended as follows:
25 June 20049 July 200430 July 20046 August 2004
Section 4. This act will take effect immediately upon approval at a regular meeting of the Council of Graduate Students. [an error occurred while processing this directive]
