RESOLUTION 0506-AU-004

A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ADVISOR WILLIAM A. T. CLARK

WHEREAS William A. T. Clark, Associate Dean of the Graduate School is returning to his position as professor in Material Sciences Engineering after a decade of service in the graduate school; and

WHEREAS Dean Clark has served as faculty advisor to the Council of Graduate Students for the past two years; and

WHEREAS Dean Clark has always been supportive of the Council and its objectives, faithfully attending delegate meetings and functions; and

WHEREAS Dean Clark improved the quality of life for graduate students; and

WHEREAS Dean Clark has always made himself available to the Council's officers and members for consultation,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of Graduate Students commends Dean William A. T. Clark for his outstanding leadership and guidance; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council wishes Dean Clark all the best; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council makes Dean William A. T. Clark an honorary member of the Council.
