V. Frequent Fitness Program
The Frequent Fitness Program is a program being co-sponsored by CGS and IPC, designed to encourage graduate and professional students to remember that there is life outside the lab and office. You receive points (called “miles”) for doing things that take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. These miles are then tracked and as you accumulate them, you can turn them if for incentive prizes. Brochures are available explaining the program. The website address is www.frequentfitness.osu.edu
